  1. dyscalculia is a learning disability where a person has difficulty with math, mixing number up, etc.dyslexia is a learning difficulty where the persona has trouble reading, sees letters backwards, has trouble decoding words. My husband has the math problem. can barely do simple addition!

  2. Dyscalculia is when you see numbers in a muddle ie read 3 as an 8. Dyslexia is when you have problems spelling. Anymore help ask.

Which ever one it is you need help. Ask your form tutor if you can be tested although this should have been spotted before now, in any tests you have done in school.

Don't struggle ask for help. millions of people have this problem.

  3. Dyslexia concerns words and dyscalculia concerns numbers

  4. one has to do with reading one has to do with math

  5. "Dyscalculia" refers to the difficulties one experiences when performing math calculations. When referring to language difficulties, the term Dyslexia is used. However, for math the term Discalculia is used. Essentially, math discalculia is a learning disability for mathematical or arithmetic concepts.

  7. Dyscalculia is a problem recognising numbers and dyslexia is a problem recognising letters and words.

If you feel you have a problem discuss it with your parents and your form teacher.

  8. With the former you can't do much with numbers, the latter means you have difficulty reading and/or writing ! ! !

  9. Look it up on the net. Should be examples for you to see and possible try.

  10. Dyslexia is words and letters. Dyscalculia is numbers. People with dyslexia have trouble reading and writing as the letters and words appear all jumbled up or the letters look slightly different to how we would see them. Dyscalculia is the same but affects how you see and read and write numbers. If you do have either of these conditions there are loads of ways you can get help to make life a little easier. Good luck.
