  1. "**Enacted** constitution is one that was passed through a law by a constitutional body and approved by the people through a referendum. It is the legally voted and ratified constitution.

    While an **Evolved** constitution is one that was made through generations passed by the ancestors to the present day people. It is much like legislating from the bench, changing the constitution by way of judicial reviews without a vote."
