What is the difference between faux, full and mohawk?

A Fauxhawk is basically just a fake mohawk. It's just your normal hair put up in mohawk style.

Compared to a Mohawk, the only difference is that both sides of the head are shaved off, and only a strip of hair is left in the middle is left.
