  1. Piezoelectricity is when the material generates an electric charge on a mechanical stress, while Pyroelectricity is due to thermo stress.  Ferroelectricity is when the material is ferromagnetic and exibits memory effects, i.e. hysteresis loop, while it is piezo.  I'm not sure if there are ferromagnetic that are also pyroelectric.

  2. Piezoelectric is produced from a class of ceramics that when strained produce an electrical potential and current

Ferroelectric refers to ferric metals and the ability to induce  current by moving through an electric field

  3. some substances like ceramics are piezoelectric:that is inducing charges between its terminals when subjected to stress and as a result to strain.

and others are ferromagnetic: that is containing magnetic domains that are alignable when subjected to external magnetic field, and also  to eddy currents when subjected to variable magnetic fields.
