What is the difference between global cooling and global warming ?

When earth warms up eventually it will cool down. And vice versa.

When we have a lot of warming, the oceans will continue to evaporate, producing cloud if we have a bit of cooling, as from a volcanic eruption. Cloud cover then takes over to cool the earth by reflecting the sun.

As the earth cools, clouds repeatedly form despite precipitation because the oceans are still evaporating.  So we move through cooling into ice age. Bye Bye Canada.

global cooling cools the planet down and creates more of an artic environment on land in some environments. but creates  a thriving underwater population.

Global warming is a terminology used when the earth is warming and is attributed to the increases of co2 in the atmosphere.  Global cooling, is more commonly referred to as "climate change" and is also attributed to the increases of co2 in the atmosphere.

Has there even been a more transparent "heads I win, tails you lose" argument than saying that unusually cool weather is evidence of global warming?
