What is the difference between goat milk and cow's milk?

I  think goats  milk is  much  richer.  I do know  its   great for white  choclate  candy.  *mamatx

cows milk has less protein then goats milk and goats milk tastes more sour.

Fresh clean goats milk is very delicious and easier for humans to digest. The fat content is the same ( average whole milk approximately 3.5%)

Cows are large disgusting stupid animals. Goats are lovely.

I don't like goats milk.... it tastes..... odd... grassy.  Lower in fat though than cows
