  1. It sound like duckly on it,

  2. 1. the crime is Striking property, R.C.W. 46.52 .010 not 46.352.010 as cited by you.

Striking property is when you hit a parked or unoccupied car.

The crime is a misdemeanor, not a gross misdemeanor.

This means it is punishable by fine, not Jail or prison time.

Gross misdemeanor is more severe in content, and carries a Jail and fine or both.

  3. gross midemeaner is when you do something gross. lol I don't know.

      (2) Misdemeanors and Gross Misdemeanors. (a) Any crime punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment is a misdemeanor. Whenever the performance of any act is prohibited by any statute, and no penalty for the violation of such statute is imposed, the committing of such act shall be a misdemeanor.

    (b) All crimes other than felonies and misdemeanors are gross misdemeanors

  4. probably not much difference in time, just title.

gross means covers a lot of criminal areas. not disgusting, although it may be a disgusting crime.

  5. A gross misdemeanor is when you do something disgusting.  Like m********e in a park or something.
