What is the difference between ham and Canadian bacon?

ham and bacon are cut from different parts of the pig. and they are also prepared in different ways. im not sure how bacon is prepared but ham is usually smoked.

  Nothing  else  just only  the name  because  ham=bacon ,   so that  are

the same thing , or probable that in  Canada it is said  bacon  instead  of

ham.
