  1. Hotels requiresstaff who are polite and joyous. There is a hierachy of authority and they must ensure the best services are offered to the occupants as the occupants expect more from hotels when they are paying good money. For hospital, no such standards are expected as the occupants are mostly sick people who have enough problems of their own to care for. As long as services offered are reasonable, most would not complain.  Most hospital staff are solemn looking bunch as the family members of the sick person would not like to see smiling faces when their loved ones are suffering too.

  2. HOTEL STANDARDS ARE HIGHER

    THEN THE HOSP.

    EVEN THOU THEY ARE CLEAN

BUT THE HOSP ARE UNDER PAID.

HOTELS ARE NOT, SO YOU HAVE TO GO THE EXTRA

    MILE.
