  1. marmalade usually has strips of the fruit peel in with the jelly/jam

    jam is just the fruit  cooked down.. not using the peel


  2. Jam tastes good, Marmalade don't!  

  3. Marmalade uses only citrus fruits, typically oranges, but also mandarins, grapefruit etc.

    Jam is generally sweeter because it uses only sweet fruits (i.e. non-citrus) for example strawberry, peach, blackcurrant etc.
