  1. It's all about mechanical energy, and it has 2 types:POTENTIAL AND KINETIC.
    POTENTIAL is the stored mecanical energy.
    KINETIC is the one of moving objects.
    I mean, imagin a rock standing at the top off a hill, IT HAS POTENTIAL ENERGY, then, it starts to roll down the hill, NOW THE POTENTIAL ENERGY HAS BECOME KINETIC ENERGY.
