What is the difference between kneeboarding and wakeboarding?

Kneeboarding is on your knees and wakeboarding you stand.

now that 2 people have told you the real differences, wakeboarding is more fun and easier on the knees. I used to kneed board, but my knees can't take the pounding.

Kneeboards strap to your knees.  Wakeboarding is very similar to snowboarding.  You stand on the board sideways.  Kneeboarding is not a popular as wakeboarding plus kneeboarding is very bad for your knees.  I personally love wakeboarding.
