  1. For competition they have different requirements. See link below. They all pretty much have the same jumps and spins but a real competitive senior skaters will have perfected their jumps and spins more so then a  competitive novice  skater.

  2. the program times are different, and of course the jumps, spins, and artistry are better in a top senior skater, then a top junior skater, same with junior and novice.

  3. Duh- novice is easiest, junior is next, and senior is an olympic level.

  4. Here are the different levels, and what you have to be able to do to pass them:

Novice- double salchow, double toe loop, double loop, on combination of two double jumps, camel sit or layback spin, backward power stroking, three turns, and forward power crossover stroking

Junior- a double flip and two other double jumps, a jump seqence of small jumps followed by double jumps, a flying sit spin or flying change, sit spin, layback or crossfoot spin, forward power circle stroking, forward and backward outside rockers, a straight line choctaw sequence.

Senior- four different double or triple jumps, flying spin and three other spins, a serpintine step sequence, an adge step, extension spiral step, backward outside double three turns to power double inside rockers, backward inside power double three turns to power double inside rockers, and a quick edge step.

  5. different levels of skaters are put into different categories. pretty much all skaters start out at novice, then move on to junior, and then senior is like what you see on national championships.

    hope i helped
