  1. Here's a comparison - two illegal immigrants.

#1 is overstaying his visitor visa to earn money for his family back home.  He's law abiding and if you passed him on the street you wouldn't even notice him.

#2 also is overstaying his visitor visa, but he's raped and killed a few people.

There is a clearcut contrast between the two.  #1 depending on the circumstances could actually be contributing to our society.  #2 could be raping somebody right this minute.

I think some of you crying bloody murder about illegal immigration would be surprised at your own family history.  You think in years past every single person has come here legally?  I actually found out myself that one of my great grandfathers was a certified illegal immigrant way back in the early 1900's.  I'd be willing to bet a large number of you reading this right now wouldn't be here if your illegal immigrant family didn't sneak in on the boat.

  2. As far as I'm concerned, they are all criminals!! Deport them all!!!

  3. News flash: if you don't respect the current laws of our nation in regards to immigration and you enter our country without permission, you have broken the law.  You are a criminal.  All illegal immigrants are criminals.

I understand the want to rational most illegal immigration to that many of them are just trying to better their lives and that's the American dream.  However, there are many people in many nations on waiting lists to come to the US.  They are following the laws.  Isn't someone breaking our laws and entering our nation illegally line jumping and taking away the opportunities of those following the laws?

In short: there is no different in being a criminal.  I think what you are looking for is the degree of criminality.

  4. In the United Sates by law a person is only convicted criminal if a person was prove guilt in the court of law.

In America a person is innocent until prove guilt in the court of law.

Only a decision from a court is valid in the USA. Somene's opinion in a forum has not validity  in the court of law.

For a person to claim the law ones must also follow the law.

Can not have both ways. No person can be call a convicted criminal until the court  rules.

In the case of the fugitives the court already rule against then.

Thoses people are criminal in the eyes of the United States Constitution.

The rest until a day in court are not. convicted criminal.

Amendment 5 - Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings. Ratified 12/15/1791.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury,

  5. I think that this same question was already posted before.

The answer is in your question, bubbles.

Ordinary illegal immigrants are those who came here without the proper documentation.

Criminal immigrants are, obviously, those that commit crimes. Besides, some of them deal in drugs, steal, are gangsters , etc

  6. There is no difference.  They all broke the law by sneaking into this country illegally.  And, by the way, here in Texas, we not only catch, we just recently executed an "illegal immigrant" CRIMINAL....a man who raped and murdered two young girls in Houston.

    Go, Texas!

Edit:  Sorry to disagree, Brandon.  On my father's side, our original ancestor helped settle Jamestown, and was one of the few original settlers who survived the first two years.  On my mother's side are the Lakota Indians and black.  No one was brought here illegally (slave trade was not illegal).  Maybe YOUR family, but not mine.

And I still say all "illegal" immigrants are criminals.  It is the DEGREE of criminality you and the Mexican American Legal Defense are trying to argue.  Oh, and these people they are trying to "defend" are NOT Mexican Americans; they are Mexicans.....period.

Edit 2:  Edited again....misspelled Lakota, for Heaven's Sake!

  7. There's a Major Difference. The So-Called Illegal Immigrant is a Criminal by Government and the Criminal Immigrant is Criminal by Law. Author, Eddie Smith.

  8. There is no difference. ALL illegal immigrants commit crime by coming here.

  9. They are both criminals, like most beaners are.

  10. Non they are both criminals

  11. I believe that ordinary illegal immigrants have not committed a crime when criminal immigrants have...

  12. Sorry to inform you, illegals ARE criminals.  Why do you think we deport them?
