Personal issues is when you mindfully handle situations of your own accord whether it's bad or good by yourself. Political issues is when you have an opinion based on your own political views on the economy,the world or country. If you have an issue with any of the above, just talk about it, write about it or tell someone about it on how these issue's make you feel.
