What is the difference between "eau de cologne" and "eau de toilette"?

is it differencee between of them in location that we use them :D?or Quality?or price?or something else?

Eau de toilette has the weakest smell, wears off the fastest and so therefore is the cheapest.

Then there's eau de parfum which is stronger smelling, lasts about half the day and is a bit more expensive.

Then you've got parfum, this is the best. It will last pretty much all day but you pay the price for it!

Eau de toilette has a much lighter scent to it, it's much less heavy then the eau de cologne and smells usually fruitier. Eau de toilette is also cheaper.

Eau de cologne/parfum has a stronger scent and is quite heavy to wear. It smells much less fruity, but smells like the real perfume. It is more expensive then the eau de toilette.

It also lasts longer, eau de toilette wears off faster.
