With making love there are emotions involved, it is sensual, you are in tune with each other.  s*x is more raw, you are both just wanting to get off, there are no feelings behind it, it is just pure carnal pleasure.

My best example would be this: p**n stars, while on video, have s*x just to have s*x.

Where as two people in love, share a much deeper feeling, and its not just s*x at that point.

While "making love" two people are in sync, and connect in a way that is more than just physical, they connect in a mental and spritual way.

It's much harder to find someone to make love to, then it is to find someone to have s*x with.

having s*x, is just having s*x.

when you are making love, you are being intimate w/ the person you are with.  you have strong feelings toward that person, and would love to make them feel good.

it isn't really that hard to figure out between the two...

you will know it, when you feel it.
