What is the difference between "reallocation of resources" and "income redistribution" by governments?

What is the difference between "reallocation of resources" and "income redistribution" by governments? I have searched and searched but can't find a concrete difference :(

Income is certainly not the only resource that could be reallocated.

I suspect that reallocation of resources has to do with land reform and such, or at least could. Income is a bit more specific.
