What is the difference between "regular" opks and daily opks?

Is it still the same testing process? Is one method more accurate than the other?

I don't understand what you are asking.  What is a regular OPK, and what is a daily OPK?  I just know about plain old OPKs.....you start testing daily at a certain point in your cycle, depending on how long it usually is, and you test until you get a positive reading.  I hope that helps.  If you add more details to your question, we might be able to help you out more.  Best of luck!
