  1. Cinnamon is actualy the bark of a tree. So...Mexican cinnamon would come from trees grown in Mexico. I've heard that the best cinnamon comes from South America. Was told this by a corporate Chef for Pillsbury.

  2. cinnamon

    NOUN:

1: The dried aromatic inner bark of certain tropical Asian trees in the genus Cinnamomum, especially C. verum and C. loureirii, often ground and used as a spice.

2: A plant yielding this bark.

    3: A light reddish brown

    Hmmm Asian??
