    A Cul-de-sac is almost always a road that dead-ends into a circular area where you can turn your car around.

    "Boulevard" often denotes that the two directions of traffic are divided, like on a divided highway, with trees or a curb.

    According to wikipedia, a Parkway is usually not busy, and is restricted from use by large trucks or other heavy vehicles.

    Road and street are usually interchangeable.
