What is the difference between semi & fully furnished apartments..Willing torent a decent apartment in Riyad

fully furnished is almost like a hotel whereas you get furniture, fridge, a/c etc

semi furnished could mean a broad spectrum of things, depending on the owners idea of semi.. could mean nothing more than supplying carpet and window shades,  or maybe they supply a/c's and fridge..

Ive seen some apartements that have nothing.. no carpet, no a/c, no fridge, no stove, nothing.. you are required even to buy a water heater.. so you just have to ask the owner/landlord what they mean by semi..

......it depends.....sometimes fully furnished apartment can be defined as with painted walls and ceilings, carpeted floors, with bedroom closet, with water heater, with light fixtures, etc. All you have to do is to bring all your furnitures, appliances and stuffs to stay......and sometimes it is defined as what I have mentioned above plus with some furnitures and appliances like A/C on living room and bedrooms, with Refrigerator, with Bed and mattress, with Kitchen Stove or Gas Range, with Sofa Set, with Washing machine, with Dining Table, with TV (optional but mostly not included), etc. All you need to do is bring your luggage and sleep.....I suggest, it is still better to see the apartment personally before taking it from the owner so that you can judge, if you could live with that kind of environment or ambiance.....
