  1. I have noticed that the sparrows in my yard will fight with each other. They are aggressive, if one is on the bird feeder another will chase it away. We have house finches .They mate for life. They never fight at the bird feeder, they stand side by side and eat. The male sings beautiful songs. The robins are too large to eat out of my bird feeder but I have still noticed their habits. They seem to run very quickly in the grass a few steps, then stop abruptly, then start running again. They do this over and over. Also I had a robin who would fly into my window every day. It would crash, then slide down the window and do it repeatably. He did it every day for weeks. One day it crashed into the window 20 times in arrow.  So if you were a robin you would be crazy, compulsive, and have a low I.Q.If you were a sparrow you may be more rowdy, aggressive not very friendly. If you were a finch you would be kind, laid back, peaceable.
