  1. A shareholder is someone who actually owns a part of something. A stakeholder is simply one who has an interest in what happens. So a partner company or employee could be a stakeholder, but not a shareholder.


  2. a stakeholder is a person who has interest in the company's business activities and a shareholder is a stakeholder.

    there are many stakeholders eg-shareholder , employee , govt , suppliers etc. a shareholder is a person who invests in the company in hope for good returns
