I need some help as I have an exam on Tuesday and I need to know what they mean. I have tried looking it up but I'd prefer some personalised answers.

Thanks in advance :)

  1. The "peace of Mind" having, say, the best tires available for your car and your children could be an intangible benefit. The tangible benefit is a new set of tires.

An intangible benefit of the second amentment is the right, or ability to defend myself, without having to physically defend myself.

  2. With tangible products, you can prove that you shipped them to a customer because you could go to the post office and send the item with delivery confirmation and signature, which would require the customer to sign for the package, so you could prove that you sent it and they received it. Intangible items can be downloaded (example: Ebook, domain name, video game or program). Benefits of intangible items is that the customer can download the item immediately and will not have to wait for it to arrive in mail. This is better for the seller because they do not have to go to the post office or walk out to their mail box, and they can sell the same item over and over again without worrying about stock since an intangible item takes up much less space and can be copied over and over again. But this also means that another benefit of tangible items is that they can not be copied as easily by customers, so there is less chance of your item being illegally copied and pirated.
