    Tax Planning means ways to plan savings and expenditure in such a way that the tax is kept to the minimum.
    Tax Management is not a correct term. Tax Planning is a correct term.

    2.Tax Management is to manage ur income in such a way so that u will be able to get the max. tax benefits provided in the law.(exemption,rebate etc)
    Tax Planning is to take the benefit of lecuna in law.(means whereever the Act or Law fails to cover the evasion etc take the benefit of it.
