What is the difference between the Colorguard Captain and Co Captain?

I just want to know what is the captains job and the co captains job on colorguard?( Both are Seniors)

  1. co-captians are equals. thats what the co means, If you had a captain and someone below her, then you might call that person "asssitant captain" but in my colorguard, we have 3 co-captians, and they work together and no one of them is any more powerful than the other 2
