What is the difference between the Gold, Point, and Normal packages for the Xbox live?

I already know the costs of each, but I want to know what comes with them? What benefits do you gain from the point, that you don't gain from the normal? (etc.)

Microsoft points are used to buy items on Xbox live like theme, Xbox Live Arcade Games, Movies etc

The Gold account lets you play online and allows you to download items on Xbox Live a week ealier than the silver account

The Silver account lets you download items 1 week later than its release and does not allow you to play online.

You will need an account though to use the points, you can buy cool arcade games with them like Bionic Commando Rearmed which is only 800 Points or $10
