i'm guessing the 8130 and the other models just have more features than the 8100? i just need to know because i plan on buying a silicone case on EBAY.. and i noticed the 8130 cases are cheaper but i have the 8100. is the phone itself the same size as the other blackberry pearl models?

  1. The size is similar, but the location of the ports is different. I wouldn't recommend getting a silicone case for the 8130 to put on an 8100. The cut outs for the ports won't match up. Also, the camera location on the back of the 8130 is different than the 8100.

If you have an 8100 device get a silicone case for the 8100 model.

  2. the number is 30 more than the previous model.
