  2. That's like comparing the cost of an apple and the cost of a tennis ball.

    By the hour, you'd probably pay either consulting firm about the same amount, but you'd get a much different product.

    The main difference is the size and type of building either is legally allowed to design.  Residential or not, 600 square metres area, and 3 storeys are the deciding factors.

    Choose your building size and type first, then choose the professional(s) you need.
