  1. The title   :)

If you are talking about the movie... I live in the U.S.A and I have a DVD that says Philosophers Stone and nothing is different.

If you are talkig about the book, there are a few text changes. If you go on wikipedia and type that in, it will list the changes and the exact text changed   :))

    hope this helps!!!:)

  2. The real title is the philosophers stone.  This is an ancient concept that alchemists and magicians throughout history have tried to find.  Supposedly it could turn lead into gold.  The publishers thought that Americans were too stupid to know what the philosophers stone was so they named it the socerers stone as that would sound more magical to the dumb Americans, but the rest of the world got the name philosophers stone.

  3. Nothing.  In the US the book was released as 'the sorcerer's stone' and in the UK it was released as 'the philosopher's stone.'
