What is the difference between the rescue made in the natural disaster and war ?

In natural disasters, we can get away with *blaming* nature. But during wars, we have no one to blame but ourselves.

in the military, police and civil defence, the operations order is similar.  both hv victims, war will hv more bullet, firearm related trauma, injuries which require more invasive surgery.  blownup bodies is not uncommon.

for natural disasters, the wounds / injuries maybe different.  in an earthquake or the dec2004 tsunami,  dead bloated bodies were found.  either dead or alive.  quite a number with superficial wounds.  

identification of bodies is more difficult with natural disasters as many may not hv identification tags.
