What is the difference between the three types of MD teaching certificates (PEC, SPCI, and APC)?

  1. I know that the APC is the Advanced Professional Certificate, which means you have been teaching for a while and have a master's or master's equivalent. One of the other certificates is probably the provisional one. Sorry don't know which one, but you should be able to check them online. Look this information up on the state website.
