What is the difference between the uncut and cut english of dragon ball z?

well i'm a huge dbz fan and pretty much because we're english they "cut" alot of scenes from the orginal dragon ball z from japan because of translation purposes, and the uncut version in the japanese version in english captions at the bottom of the screen, i really dont like the uncut version, i rather them just speak english

In the original japanese version there is alot more s*x jokes and violence, for instance in one episode in japanese yamcha grabs bulma's breast thinking it is a dragonball, but in the american version it doesn't show that.
