  1. The Welsh are welsh, Live in our own country, Have our own culture and Language, We are the celt's the original Britons of this Island, We are joined in a an union with Scotland, Northern Ireland and England but frankly the sooner that ends the better, The Welsh and the English don;t generally get on due to the past, There's a lot of hatred here in Wales for the English, Due to our history I'm not going to go through it uf you look it up one day be prepared to see how brutal and one way it was all aimed from England.

    Hwyl

Katie i suggest you do a bit of study too because the only country in the Uk that doesn't have it's own government is England.

And i don't hate you because you are English, I would hate you if you came here and tryed changing things, I don't personnally hate all English, I have English friends.

  2. They live in different countries.

  3. The English are civilised

  4. I think the animosity between the English and Welsh, especially displayed here, is unneeded.

Personally, I have nothing against the Welsh or Scots or Irish. If we can't get along with one another, then who exactly can we get along with?

You may hate me for being English, but I don't hate you.

    Anyway, on to your question.

Wales is a country to the west of the midlands. It is also sometimes referred to as a principality, I think because it doesn't have its own government.

The country speaks in both English and Welsh, but like most countries, they have laws that state a certain percentage of TV/ radio has to be in Welsh.

Celtic doesn't only refer to Ireland. Look on wikipedia for more info on that one
