What is the difference between these makes?

Im looking at buying some bucket seats and looking at Cobra and Corbeau they seem quite expensive. However, I have seen some seats made by Mamba which are alot cheaper - they look almost exactly like the expensive Cobra/Corbeau ones. Is there any difference apart from the logo or are the cheaper ones bad quality? am I just paying for the label with Cobra/Corbeau?

If you are happy with how they look then go for it get the cheaper ones. If you went for the expensive ones, and think the other ones look the same then you would be paying extra just for the name.
