  1. Tourist visa and visiting visa are technically the same.

    A tourist visa is for sightseeing and the like...you stay at a hotel

    A visitors visa is for seeing people you know, and you stay in their home.

    For a tourist visa, you may be required to show reservations at the Hotel

    For a visitors visa you may be required to show a letter of invitation
