What is the difference between (translation) of "il mio mom 'e morto" and "la mia madre 'e morto"?

Bascially, how do you tell someone in correct Italian that your mother just died?

  1. "il mio mom 'e morto" is misspelled, I suppose you mean "mia mamma è morta", thea means "my mom is dead", while "mia madre è morta" (article "la" should be omitted in this sentence) is for "my mother is dead".

    Simply, mamma = mom, madre = mother.

  3. you can traslate in a correct italian that your mother just died as follow "mia madre è mancata di recente"
