What is the difference between upcoming Sony DSC T77 and T700?

Question

Besides the fact that T-x*x (eg. T100 T200 T300 T700) is more expensive than T-XX (eg. T20 T70 T77), what is the main difference between them?

Is it worth to pay extra $100 for the higher T-series?

In my opinion, Sony is only for gadget happy people who knows nothing about photography. The price is also absurd, considering you can get better cameras for less. If your serious about image quality, Consider Fujifilm, which may not sound like a 'brand name' but their products are top notch from what I've seen in most reviews. Of course, you can always go back to the sony if aesthetics is your top priority.
