  1. Honestly not much that I'm aware of the Uniform server is a lot more portable both in size and in mechanics but both (at least when i've delt with them) operate the same. Uniform is built off of WAMP packaging so your going to get the same functionality (Apache, PHP, ect.)

    Both can be used in production environments or just to develop on.

    WAMP is just the term for server packages that run Apache, MySQL and PHP on a Windows Machine. Uniform would be classified as a WAMP.
