  1. They are very similar.

Like the poster above said, wildlife biology does have a narrower focus - the technical definition of wildlife is any wild terrestrial vertebrate - but wildlife biology often includes the layman's definition of wildlife (any wild animal - fish, feral animals, and sometimes invertebrates as well.)  Zoology is the study of all animals.

The bigger difference between the two lies in the focus of the study.  Zoology is a "hard" science - like biology, chemistry, physics, etc.  In other words - it is a science for the sake of science (discovery).  Wildlife Biology is an applied science.  It applies the hard sciences toward the achievement of specific goals (like managing populations, reducing conflicts, etc.)  Because of this, wildlife biology has a bigger focus on the human dimension as well (Like the old saying that "99% of wildlife management is actually people management")

    Hope that helps!

  2. I think wildlife biology is just more specific because zoology is very broad (the study of animal life). I have personally looked into majoring in one of these, or marine bio.
