What is the difference between withdrawing and drawings in accounts?How do they affect transactions?

There's no difference. Drawings is usually the name of the account in the General Ledger. Withdraw is usually used as a verb, the question may say something like, "The owner withdrew $2,000 for personal use". They're the same thing. Withdrawals by the owner or an owner's drawings is debited against the owner's capital account.
