Is it the legal definitions that are all different?

Aren't they all basically the same?

I hope this is the right category, Words & Wordplay just seem like Fun & Games.

I want to actually know.

  1. The second 2 are the same because you put the same thing twice.  The first one is copy right which means that you can't copy it.  The second thing is pretty much the same thing except it means that they put it on things as their brand logo thing.  If you copy eather thing or put it on your thing without permission and stating that you do have permission, you can get in enormous trouble.  Hugeass law suit.

  2. © = The work done by someone or company, Is copyrighted.. No one can copy it and claim it's their own

    ® = Registered.. A company name.. Can't be copied.. Microsoft®.

    ™ = Trademark.. Nike's Swoosh is ™

  3. copyright

    registered?

    trademark

    registered trademark
