  1. Well you cant run it on Windows 2000...but you can on Vista.

    Actually, they are both 32-bit Operating Systems that are built on the same basic Windows NT framework. The differences can be found mostly in the networking and graphics capabilities. Vista is more advanced in these areas.

    However, if you're looking to upgrade from Windows 2000, use XP SP3 instead. Vista still has some hardware compatibility issues and bizarre flaws that make it too annoying and not very useful for the price. Wait until SP2 at least before using ANY Microsoft OS if you can help it.

  7. You can't play battlefield on vista.
