  1. Often, the online version of a story is exactly the same as what appears in the newspaper. In an effort to increase circulation, some newspapers put abbreviated versions of the stories online or omit some stories.

    Since broadcast journalists face the challenge of telling the story in a limited amount of time, TV news is often much less detailed than print. Another drawback of TV news is that the reporters almost never correct themselves if they make a factual error. Corrections, I believe, are one of the things that keep journalists working hard to get the facts right, and the fact that TV reporters don't have them makes them less trustworthy.


  2. You have more choices and you can figure out what is really the truth by who is writing them or supporting that form of media.
