What is the difference in Tencent Messenger and QQ Messenger?

I don't understand it too much and I want the one that teens use the most. Is that QQ Messenger? And what about Tencent? I made an ID for Tencent but it wouldn't work with my QQ messenger? Why is that? And where can I download QQ Messenger in English as the latest edition? Please help me out...Thanks.
