  1. My guess is that ground mustard is coarser than mustard powder.

    You can probably use ground mustard like you would any ground spices. Mustard poweder, however, can be used to make mustard spread.

    i.e. you can take mustard powder, add water and vinegar and you'll get something similar to the mustard you use on sandwiches and hotdogs. Ground mustard (assuming that it is coarser) can be mixed with bbq spices for a rub on pork roasts.

    Hope that helps? Thats how I'd probably interpert 'ground' vs 'powder'.


  2. It i a little bit the same , I think mustard is a lot better in like different recipes it sometimes just tastes like heaven

    Ground mustard implies a coarse grind of mustard while mustard powder is powder.
