If it is algaecides and herbacides, or whatever, can I add those ingredients to interior paint and use it externally? What would I buy and how much would I add to the gallon of interior paint to compensate?

  1. It is the strength of the polymers and the acrylics..some exterior paints have insecticide and fungicide to prevent bugs from nesting and mildew forming..You would spend more money trying to make this work than you would by simply buying a gallon of exterior paint..And then the formula wouldn't be right, and some of these ingredients are illegal to purchase without a license

  2. Not only mold inhibiting agents, but strong UVB, and UVA sun blockers/stabilizers to keep the paints from fading too fast.   And I'd guess more & stronger resins to r****d shrinkage and cracking.
