What is the difference in performance between a 200 HP 2 stroke outboard vs a 200 HP 4 stroke outboard?

2 stroke has a much better whole shot Or low end torque and lighter.   the newer 4 strokes are getting better and lighter,  the 4 stroke are more money but better on gas and do not burn oil.  either way your getting 200hp.  Personaly I think 2 stroke is the way to go , simple is best easer to fix.
