What is the difference in texas and tennessee?

African American female....from Michigan but live in Austin, Tx...considering nashville,tn or memphis tn....i like the enviornment but its really not geared toward black people..and ots just too d**n hot to enjoy the events even if i wanted to be 1 of maybe 6-7 other blacks in a crowd of hundreds of whites.its a great place if youre white...kinda like detroit is a great place if your black aside from the crime...how about tennessee people? only if youve been to these places. espcially if youve been to detroit texas tennesse and can compare them.

memphis- black majority, the blues, casinos

nashville--large white majority, capitol of country music, grand old opry
